My Teeth Whitening Saviour

I'm a bit of dental hygiene freak and I strive for my teeth to look the best they possibly can. I would be lying if I said that I think about what food I eat and the effects it would have on my teeth but I am aware of acid erosion and all that jazz. I do try my best to keep them in tip top shape and avoid certain things where I can, but if I'm frank, it's not at the forefront of my mind all the time. I drink coffee every single day without fail and I have a sweet tooth bigger than you could imagine so I try my best not to let the tell-tale signs show.

In comes the Crest 3D whitening strips. I have heard so many positive reviews about these that I was eager to give them a go because they were affordable and seemed to actually work. It was all too good for there not to be a catch and my set back this time was that they aren't available in the UK. Slight problem. They are however available online and while I would never, ever recommend buying beauty and skincare products from sites like Ebay I researched the hell out of the best place to get them. Investigating exactly where your products are coming from and what they contain is essential, especially considering a lot of products that are sold elsewhere but not in the UK is because they don't meet the EU standards required for selling. Being lucky enough to have family stateside I was recommended these from all sorts of trustworthy sources so I was certain I wanted to go for it. Back story aside, I ordered mine from this seller and you just leave these basic strips on your teeth for about 20 mins before you peel away and are left with a cleaner and whiter looking smile. Its easy, quick and gets the job done. What more could you want?

I've been using these for years now and have noticed a dramatic difference. I don't use them anymore than once a month but still, I absolutely swear by them. Admittedly, you don't get left with blinding, pearly whites but I don't know about you, I wouldn't expect that from anything less than a pricey trip to the Dentist?!
