Flawless, Creaseless Under-Eye Concealer

For the longest time I have had difficulties with my under eye concealer. No products gave me the coverage I was after and if they did, I either looked ashy or it would crease horrendously - ageing me by about 10 years. After a lot of research and excessively buying into all the products you could imagine, I have found the perfect recipe and application that has really worked. REJOICE.

The Products:

MAC Pro Longwear Concealer - A medium to high coverage concealer that I use in a warm shade to colour correct the purple tones of my dark circles. Cooler, golden tones were the main cause of my skin looking chalky and ashy so a hint of pink erases all traces of my hideous bags.

MAC Prep and Prime Pen in Light Boost - The brightening pen that adds instant oomph to your concealer. Lightweight enough to not feel as though it's there but more than enough pigmentation to take things to the next level.

Illamasqua Translucent Loose Powder - A fine milled powder like this will sit under the eyes without feeling or looking cakey. Since I'm oily skinned, I go in with a generous amount for bulletproof setting power that stays crease free.

The Application:

- Apply all liquid products in an 'V' shape under the eye to lift and brighten.
- Put straight on the skin with a brush and then blend out with a damp beauty blender.
- Run your finger over the concealers and brightening pen to melt and smooth over the products.
- Pack on powder with a dense brush or sponge and mildly 'bake' the area. For serious glam, go in with more and leave to set for atleast 5 minutes before wiping away the excess.
